Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding business. Salary package: $65,000 - $85,000 Plus Super. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on Australian visa and migration pathways. Prepare and lodge visa applications, submissions, and appeals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration laws and policies. Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with MARA regulations and legal ethical standards. Assist with business development initiatives to expand our client base. What We’re Looking For: Registered Migration Agent (MARN Holder) OR Immigration Lawyer (Admitted to practice in Australia). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Australian migration law. Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored visas, general skilled migration, family visas, and business visas. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
