This is a fixed-term, full-time role for 12 months—a rewarding opportunity where your clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and leadership skills will contribute to the well-being of our clients. About the Role As a Community Registered Nurse, you will: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and recommend tailored care solutionsWork closely with case managers, allied health professionals, and families to develop personalized care plansProvidewound care, medication management, and personal care assessmentsDeliver medication credentialing and competency training for care workersMonitor and support clients who are at risk of declining health or early residential care admissionEnsure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate in case conferencing, infection control, and clinical meetings What We’re Looking For AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in aged care or community nursingStrong clinical assessment, wound care, and medication management skillsKnowledge of My Aged Care, funding models, and wellness-focused care frameworksExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyCurrent National Police Certificate and Driver’s License (essential) Why Join Bene Aged Care?
