Job Description
seeking an experienced RN to join a team of doctors. Fully accredited practice that provides a friendly, positive and respectful work environment whilst offering patients of all ages a variety of services to help with the management of their health. The suitable candidate must have a professional outlook with exceptional communication and computer skills. Your role will be to provide support to patients and doctors. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications You Role & Responsibilities: Triage and Assessment of Patients Managing medical supplies in the treatment room ECGs, spirometry and audiometry Wound management Immunisations Treatment Room Assisting Maintaining recall and reminder system Cold chain management Chronic Disease management (TCA, GPMP and Health Assessments) Skills and Experience Previous experience in General Practice is essential Current AHPRA registration ( RN) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize your workload and confidence in working autonomously Has experience and knowledge of Care Plans and Health Assessments (preferred but not essential) Willingness to assist in Administrative tasks Preferably a Nurse Immunizer Please Note: Only candidates who meet our selection criteria will be contacted.
