About The Role An opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse(s) to join our innovative and committed team at Penshurst and District Health Service. This position will work across all areas of the facility. The Registered Nurse works as part of the clinical team under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager or delegate and at times may be required to be the Nurse in Charge of the Shift. The successful applicant will be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of allocated and delegated nursing care activities to assist the patient/resident to meet care needs and health outcomes and have an understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards. Please note you must have the right to work in Australia and be able to provide evidence of this.
