Registered or Enrolled Nurse (Scrub/Scout) New Graduate nurses are welcome to apply! Monday to Friday shifts only, no night duty, minimal on call. We are currently seeking full-time or part-time Registered Nurses / Enrolled Nurses to work in our Peri-operative department in the role of Scrub / Scout at St Luke's Private Hospital. St Luke's Private Hospital is a boutique facility that consists of a day surgery unit, rehabilitation unit, two medical/surgical wards and four operating theatres. Major specialties include hand surgery, ENT, orthopaedics, plastics, gynaecology, paediatrics, and general surgery. You will be responsible for: Demonstrated commitment to ensuring that clinical practice within the department is in accordance with ACORN standards. Delivering a high standard of patient care. Ability to clinically manage one’s self and others as required. Commitment to providing excellent clinical care and continued professional development. Demonstrated knowledge of NSQHS standards and quality improvement principles. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage special projects efficiently. Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills. Advanced written and verbal skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Enrolled or Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
