The NDIS Commission upholds the rights of NDIS participants to quality and safe supports or services, including those received under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). With an aim to elevate quality and safety to enable consumer independence, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is building a merit pool of Regulatory Assessment Officers at the APS5 level.
