In addition to providing excellent service to the existing clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients. More specifically, you will: Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service. Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities. Gain an in-depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions. Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions. Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region. We're interested in hearing from people who: Have solid experience in building and leading a Business Banking portfolio and lending above $1m. Have a deep understanding of banking products and services. Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers. Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business. This opportunity would suit an experienced Relationship Manager or Business Banker who is looking to step up, develop & enhance their experience within complex, high-value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey.
