Relationship Manager - Commercial Cash Flow Lending A major bank is currently recruiting a Relationship Manager to join their Sydney team. The role will work closely within a pod with an assistant relationship manager there to support. They will manage and develop a commercial diversified portfolio. The role requires someone with experience in cashflow lending and someone who can do the end to end process. Responsibilities: Understand the specific needs and aims of the bank's clients and use your relationships to help them realize new opportunities. Prepare credit papers for submission. Develop and grow a client base across the commercial diversified space. Improve customer satisfaction of the client managed accounts. Work with dedicated specialists to drive increase in cross holdings. Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio. Requirements: 4 years experience in business or commercial banking role dealing with cashflow lending. Proven ability to build, develop and maintain client relationships. Strong understanding of credit and commercial lending. Tertiary qualifications in a related field (finance, accounting, commerce, banking or similar).
