About the role The Relationship Manager Gifts in Wills is responsible for developing, leading and implementing a targeted program to engage with, steward and retain CPA supporters who have confirmed a gift in Will to CPA. The role is responsible for maintaining long-term strategic donor relationships, keeping confirmed Gifts in Wills supporters updated and engaged with our work at CPA, and generating sustainable future revenue. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): Collaborate with Head of Philanthropy to develop and implement strategies to steward and retain supporters who have confirmed a Gift in Will to CPA. Research and analyse the market to identify opportunities to implement best practice stewardship and retention. Identify, develop and steward relationships with donors to ensure retention of confirmed Gifts in Wills. Plan, develop and implement a best practice stewardship plan for confirmed Gifts in Wills supporters. Contribute to the development and implementation of annual events for Gifts in Wills prospects and supporters. Complete internal reporting requirements; track stewardship activity; analyse retention. About you: Be data-driven to make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience in building strong and robust relationships. Ability to develop long-term plans and track program progress. Have excellent verbal and written communication, presenting and promotion skills. A team player with strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. Have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
