The role of the Maintenance/Reliability Manager is to ensure the state-of-the-art, German engineered equipment achieves a minimum 95% reliability and to build and develop a team of like-minded, qualified individuals. You will have a continuous improvement mindset with exceptional people leadership skills. You won't be afraid of rolling up your sleeves and leading by example, but also adept at planning and coordinating the team for long term success. You will manage a small team of qualified fitters across different shifts (morning, afternoon and night shift). The successful applicant will ideally be degree qualified (but not essential) as well as hold a trade qualification. You will primarily work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, however have the flexibility to work across all shift times as and when required. Applicants must have previous experience in food manufacturing, and with food safety management systems (eg. FSANZ, SQF, HACCP, CFMSR).
