We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standard of service we are known for. Job Description About the role: As a Relief Customer Service Officer, no two days will be the same! This exciting opportunity offers flexibility and an opportunity to travel between our eight (8) branches and our call center, providing relief during periods of annual leave, sick leave, or other absences. Our Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for our customers, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring each customer interaction is friendly, efficient, and professional. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional career in the financial services industry while utilising your knowledge of our products and services to offer personalised solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. This is a multi-skilled role that will see you providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, managing member enquiries, and ensuring accurate and efficient services across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service by maintaining accountability for each customer enquiry. Assist with incoming and outbound call demands within the call center and branch to meet our service standards. Contribute to the achievement of branch goals. Cross-sell and promote financial products to help customers achieve their financial goals. Handle account openings, transactions, and customer instructions in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. Regular travel throughout our local branches in Rockhampton and Yeppoon will be required, with occasional travel also required to Emerald, Springsure, Capella, Gladstone, and Miriam Vale.
