Reporting to the Head of HR, Milwaukee ANZ your key responsibilities will include: Lead and execute the annual remuneration activity across all Milwaukee ANZ business units including salary reviews, bonus payments, support for leaders that contribute towards all reward activity across the business in collaboration with HRBP’s. Lead the development and implementation of compensation strategies, oversee benefits administration, and refine job evaluation methods. Work closely with the leaders to build and implement Remuneration, Reward & Recognition solution in line with and supportive of business strategy. Provide remuneration leadership and advice aimed at creating and maintaining a culture that attracts, inducts, engages, develops and retains talent. Collaborate with P&C leaders on data analytics, insights and benchmarking of remuneration and benefit best practices to assist in building our employee value proposition and business cases for change About You You will have Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field combined with 5+ years of experience in remuneration and rewards administration and the following attributes: Strong understanding of remuneration principles, and best practices. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. Sound influencing and negotiating skills to support cultural change and buy-in . Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
