Your ability to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement whilst championing change and inspiring others to do the same will be crucial for your success in this role. Your experience may include: Exceptional knowledge of best practice remuneration and benefits strategies and a deep knowledge of the Mercer classification framework (or similar). Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to use data to influence organisational-wide decision making. Demonstrated style of being proactive to solve operational problems and a subject matter expert across varied stakeholders and queries. Previous experience working within government frameworks will be highly regarded. About the role: The Remuneration and Benefits Specialist is responsible for developing and enhancing comprehensive total rewards frameworks (salary, bonuses, benefits, incentives, and non-monetary rewards) aligned with the Hydro Groups needs and market trends. The role involves implementing systems, policies, and procedures related to total rewards and managing both operational and strategic elements of the reward and benefits function. This requires strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution, along with extensive reporting, data analysis, and system interactions.
