No Offer Description Influence the future workforce in digital agriculture Live and work in the vibrant regional community of Mildura The role Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 3 years) Level B - $110,525 to $131,034 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation) Mildura, VIC (Relocation assistance provided) The purpose of this role is to investigate the education and knowledge structure requirements for people working in agricultural industries in the Murray-Darling catchment that pertain to digital information. The project will seek to engage with, explore and understand the educational requirements and best practice educational delivery systems for people in agricultural work forces - from high school level, TAFE, undergraduate, and professionals that work in, and service agricultural value chains. Working closely with a new team comprising researchers from Charles Sturt University, University of Melbourne, and the South Australian Research and Development Institute with the One Basin CRC actively engaged and partners in SuniTAFE, this is an amazing opportunity for someone with a passion for Education with knowledge or prior experience in Agriculture to truly make a difference. This role involves extensive travel across regional NSW, Victoria, and SA. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is eager to engage with diverse communities. About you To be considered for this new opportunity, you will have a PhD in education delivery, pedagogy, tiered learning systems, or other disciplines appropriate to the project. You will have research experience with project management and reporting capabilities including peer-reviewed publications. To be successful in the role, you will have the ability to engage and maintain contacts and relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and workplaces. You will be a superior communicator and highly motivated to perform at a level of research excellence. You will have a strong regional connection and be passionate about changing the face of agriculture, education, and primary production.
