Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities Design and conduct experiments to address research objectives. Stay updated on scientific advancements through literature reviews. Perform laboratory work, including sample preparation, data collection, and analysis. Interpret results, draw conclusions, and present findings through reports and presentations. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams on research and product development. Maintain accurate experimental records in compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist in preparing research proposals, grant applications, and publications. Participate in scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related fields. Experience: 3-8 years of research experience in academia or industry, with a strong track record of scientific innovation. Experience in upscaling to production is a plus. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in protein purification, cell culture and relevant laboratory techniques. Strong knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and statistical tools. Skills & Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
