About the role The Resident Liaison Manager will drive occupancy utilising new and existing leads while providing a high level of customer service to prospective residents and their families. You will be conducting meaningful tours, managing walk-ins, dealing with admissions and post-admission customer service and ensuring compliance standards are met. You will be motivated to build on your existing networks and maintain beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continual success. To be successful in this role you will have deep connections within the Barwon region and demonstrate a pipeline of prospective clients to drive sales through referrers and leads, ultimately converting to placement or referring to our other Homes within Geelong or Melbourne.
