The Resident Mobility Assistant is a new role in Eldercare that will work closely with our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Wellbeing Consultants to support the mobility and activity of our residents. You will assist residents to participate in exercise and physical activity, and achieve reablement goals. You will spend 1:1 time with residents helping them toaccess spaces within the facility, including outdoors. You will support residents to participate in events and activities, and engage in important social connection.
