Residential Care Attendant - Stepdown Unit - Casual Pool Job no: 868097 Work type: Casual Location: Eyre and Western Categories: Community Services, Aboriginal Health Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Ceduna District Health Services, Ceduna Salary: $28.52 - $28.82 per hour + 25% casual loading - Casual (up to 30 June 2025) - WHA3 Overview You will assist in providing a direct client service to residents of the Stepdown Unit at the Ceduna District Health Services. You will assist to undertake bed making, cleaning of equipment, aids, utensils in work area (including personal possessions) and distribute clean laundry/personal attire. By providing input into resident assessment and recording general observations, you will help to identify diversional therapy needs of individuals and/or groups and complete routine documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.  Please refer to the job pack below for more detailed information on the position, responsibilities and qualifications. The Ceduna District Health Services is run by the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network and includes Ceduna Hospital. Ceduna Hospital has 15 inpatient beds and provides services including emergency, surgical, general medicine, birthing, renal dialysis, diagnostic radiology and outpatients. There are also residential aged care services provided within the hospital, at the Kuhlmann Wing and Ceduna Senior Citizens Village. There is also a GP family practice, Community Health services, Allied Health services, and Child, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health services offered on the hospital site.
