Progress Developments Pty Ltd Stirling, Western Australia, Australia Managing Director at Progress Developments Progress Developments are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Land Sales Administrator to join our friendly team. This position is a full time Mon – Fri role, based in our office in Stirling, WA . Flexible work arrangements can be discussed and considered, however for the majority of the working week it will be preferred you are based in the office. Your salary will be negotiable based on your experience, to a maximum of $85,000 per annum plus superannuation. About us: We are a small team of highly experienced professional property developers, who pride ourselves on our strong relationships with our clients and investors. We develop and manage a number of successful residential land developments, in Western Australia and South Australia. Our team has broad expertise in industry research and analysis, property acquisition and management, planning, construction, investment finance and sales. We, like you, have a real passion for property! The successful applicant must: Possess a minimum of 3 years property/real estate sales administration experience . Understand land contracts, time management and be able to prioritise work ensuring critical tasks are completed on time. Be exceptionally efficient, accurate and IT savvy (Microsoft Office) preferably with CRM experience. Computer and email proficiency is a must. Have acute attention to detail, whilst thriving in a busy, fast-paced environment. Have the ability to be flexible with your hours when required, and be able to make decisions while knowing when to escalate matters. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Administer all estate and general property sales and maintain an accurate CRM database. Process new land contracts into CRM, prepare mail merge letters to buyers and settlement agents and create sales files. Liaise with buyers, vendors, settlement agents, finance brokers and builders. Prepare and monitor extensions including preparing overdue finance report via CRM, issue default notices and cancellations. Liaise with our settlement agent on all contract matters and deposits. Prepare for and track settlements including checking and approving settlement statements and Transfer of Land documents. Ensure each CRM Lot record is updated every time a sales file action is carried out. Provide support to the Development Manager and Managing Director. Prepare weekly sales and monthly reports. Answer phone and email queries related to land contracts and general estate sales information as required. If you feel you meet the above criteria, we would love to meet with you!
