About the role We are seeking a Resource Planning Coordinator to ensure that the right resources are deployed in the right locations in a timely manner to achieve the most efficient and effective outcome for the Health Training & Products division.This role will be the first point of contact for remote working employees providing support and direction.The role provides operational support through scheduling and equipping of remote working employees, being the interface for their provision of work plans, liaising with external venues and hotels for room hire and accommodation booking for regional travel.This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters. As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Demonstrated experience in rostering and scheduling of staff (training or education experience would be highly regarded) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Customer service skills Don't meet every requirement?
