1LM Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Resourcing/Finance Coordination Officer We are looking for a Coordination Officer to provide essential administrative and finance support for a project driven technical section within a federal government client. This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work across multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Coordinate travel and expense support for technical teams Support simple procurement activities and develop/manage finance and operational reports Draft documentation and attend meetings Assist in taskings to support the broader project team Support and build on Project Management support Qualifications 3+ years of experience working in government in similar or related roles Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical levels Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously Experience liaising with project teams, finance teams, and PMOs Experience with government procurement and budget reporting High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Security Clearance: NV1 required If you or someone in your network is interested, please reach out or share this opportunity!
