About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Waiter to join our outstanding team at EXP. restaurant in Pokolbin, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our busy fine-dining establishment, delivering an exceptional level of customer service. What you'll be doing Working with the team to provide outstanding service to our customers Taking customer orders, making recommendations, and ensuring accurate order fulfilment Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with menu selections Ensuring the dining area is well-presented and tables are promptly cleared and reset Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Assisting with stock management and placing orders when required Supporting the restaurant management team with administrative tasks as needed What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Restaurant Supervisor / Waiter role Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays What we offer At EXP. restaurant, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
