WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Experience in managing teams of up to 5-10 team members in a fast-paced store. A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success. Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets. An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
