Be a part of a unique development opportunity as the team builds and launches our new wine brand and have a key part in developing the ocean side cellar door. Undertake retail duties that provide a customer experience through facility tours, product tastings, barista offerings, and other general duties. Management of the casual staffing pool, including rostering. Tasks & Responsibilities Accountabilities: Day-to-day management of the team to ensure the cellar door is open, clean, stocked, and ready for trade. Ordering and receiving stock orders via purchasing system to ensure accurate inventory. Ecommerce order fulfilment and management. Social media content creation and asset production as required, ensuring alignment with marketing and communications strategy and branding. Organise and manage tours and guest interactions. Management of WageLoch and rostering to maintain efficient staffing volume. Ensure Risk Management Plan is up to date in consultation with Venue Manager and Risk Department for Ocean Pantry / Cellar. Qualifications & Experience Skills & Experience: We are seeking applications from candidates who: Have previous barista experience. Hold RSA & Approved Manager Certificate. Have experience dealing in customer service. Wine Knowledge is highly desirable. Have a Masters in Business & Marketing. Have experience in conducting wine tours and tasting experiences. Possess a good personality and ability to engage in conversation. Have proven ability in retail sales. Have prior experience in team management, especially in a casual employment basis. Are at least 18 years old. Have good communication skills. Are hard-working with a good attitude to learning. Able to follow instructions and enjoy working as part of a team. Are available to work weekends and public holidays. Candidates who have undertaken previous casual or part-time employment in the agriculture or food service industries will be highly regarded. The role is based at our Augusta facility and will require successful candidates to reside in Augusta or regional centres in proximity. Weekend and public holiday coverage will be expected, so flexibility in schedule will be required.
