Job Description
Casual opportunity to provide efficient and effective delivery of food services to support the daily operation of the RBWH Retail sites, under the supervision of the Retail Operations Coordinator. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide exceptionally high level of customer focused service at all service points and at all times throughout all internal Retail outlets. Demonstrate a willingness to assist across outlets to cover breaks and leave as required by Supervisor. Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items. Display product knowledge to assist customers with menu item descriptions and to make informed decisions about products by providing suggestions of accompaniments or suitable alternatives.
