To continue delivering outstanding food and customer satisfaction, we are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.Benefits Competitive salary ($74K – $80K) Supportive & dynamic team environment Career growth opportunities Task & Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant’s retail operations, ensuring smooth service and quality food delivery. Manage inventory and stock levels, particularly for fresh ingredients used in pizza and pasta preparation. Develop and implement pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies to boost sales of pizza, pasta, and other menu items. Ensure that pizza and pasta dishes meet quality and presentation standards before being served. Drive customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. Maintain financial records, including stock levels, sales, and transactions. Prepare budgets, control costs, and monitor business performance. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are skilled in handling pizza and pasta preparation, sales, and service. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations. Qualification & Experience Proven 1 year experience in retail or hospitality management (restaurant experience preferred). Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and business operations effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, including handling fresh ingredients for pizza and pasta.
