We are inviting passionate and dynamic individuals to apply for future Retail Site Management positions. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail site, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the site. As a Retail Site Manager you will be responsible for: Overseeing all daily operations of a busy and complex fuel business Merchandising, marketing and stock management Staff recruitment, training, mentoring and motivation Volume cash handling and reconciliations Food management supervision Hygiene & presentation standards Meeting assigned budgets and KPIs The Successful Applicant: Previous experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to manage a small business successfully A passion and commitment to succeed Outstanding communication across all levels Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs) A role model for fellow employees A flexible attitude that will grow and change with the business An unforgettable presence in customer relations Impeccable presentation standards Proven reliability, stamina and integrity Food Safety Certification desirable We are looking for proactive leaders ready to take on a rewarding challenge. This role will require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.
