Store Manager – Fashion & Lifestyle Retail Located in Tralee Salary 43K DOE About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced fashion and lifestyle retail environment . This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management , a passion for fashion and lifestyle products , and a proven ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team to success .Key Responsibilities Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPIs .Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Ensure an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty .Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth.Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression. Customer Experience & Brand Representation: Ensure exceptional customer service aligning with brand values and expectations .Lead by example in delivering a personalised and engaging customer journey .Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently. Operations & Store Standards: Manage all aspects of store operations , including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance .Oversee inventory management to minimize stock loss and maximize product availability.Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines . People & Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback .Develop a strong team culture through clear communication and collaboration .Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards .
