ERINFAIR PTY LTD seeks experienced Retail Supervisors. Role Summary General store management duties relating to the efficient operation of our fresh food retail store. Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To: Working with casual, part-time, or permanent employees. Following directions provided by our managers. Opening, closing, and operating the store in line with our trading hours. Assisting the Store Manager to maximise sales by performing all tasks with care. Ensuring correct product rotation and presentation. Housekeeping tasks may include cleaning the store, stocktakes, dusting shelves, and refilling cool-rooms and fridges. Assisting with stocktakes of products. Able to consistently work with a high degree of quality customer service. Safety Responsibilities: To work safely at all times, following all instructions and directions provided. Report any issues/incidents to your line manager immediately. Be responsible for the safety of our staff and customers in your day-to-day tasks. Stock Control: Ensure tasks are correctly carried out for product rotation and quality control. Handle stock carefully and correctly at all times. Communicate product knowledge to our customers. Customer Service: Communicate showing respect at all times for fellow workers and our customers. Be warm, friendly, and helpful in all staff and customer interactions. Ask for help when needed to improve product knowledge and customer service. Salary: The Annual Salary is $73,150 - $75,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.
