The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a revenue management role within a luxury or similar style hotel. This individual will play a critical role in maximizing revenue and ensuring the financial success of our resort.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels. Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional strategies that drive occupancy and revenue. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue strategies. Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively. Conduct regular revenue meetings and provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Train and mentor team members on revenue management best practices and tools. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a revenue management role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
