About the Opportunity Our EnergyCo NSW Governance Risk and Compliance team is currently seeking to appoint a Risk Analyst to support the management and uplift of EnergyCo’s risk management arrangements and departmental risk profiles, including administrating the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software and ensuring effective business continuity arrangements are in place. The role collaborates with risk specialists, business stakeholders, including project delivery streams, to ensure effective risk management practices across EnergyCo. This role offers a unique and exciting challenge, ideal for someone with demonstrated expertise in risk management, advanced problem-solving skills, and a passion for building systems in a dynamic environment. About You To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated skills and experience in risk management, business systems and reporting, and maintenance of business continuity arrangements. You will have experience working in a dynamic and complex environment where risks continuously evolve, with the ability to support an organisation in achieving its objectives while maintaining an appropriate balance between risk-taking and compliance. You will have the ability to effectively communicate complex risk management concepts in clear, non-technical language to stakeholders unfamiliar with risk principles. Professional qualifications in risk management or related discipline, and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
