Job Description

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Be Doing Risk Management: Facilitate workshops to identify and uplift risks, controls and indicators. Compliance & Regulatory Obligations: Assess business impacts or regulatory changes, and manage obligations registers. Incident Management: Investigate incidents, support reporting, and conduct root cause analysis. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders and business units to embed a proactive risk culture and enhance risk maturity across the organisation. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of risk management principles, control assessments, and compliance frameworks. Experience in financial services or general insurance. Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulatory standards, and prudential guidelines. Strong facilitation skills for running engaging workshops. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GRC systems (Protecht or similar).
