Job Description Supporting the Risk and Compliance Lead in exercising delivery and Non-Financial Risk: Guiding & supporting ECC program team members on completing Non-Financial Risk Assessments and collaborating with other 1st line assurance. Ensuring adoption of risk in change requirements for the ECC program. Managing all risk documentation in Confluence and JIRA. Actively monitor Treatment Plan actions, status, and manage to closure. Act as a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on all aspects of the risk management framework required for the ECC Program. Support the delivery of Third Party Risk Management, In Country Compliance activities, and facilitate outcomes to ensure delivery of key program milestones. What will you bring? Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain great relationships with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience in project risk management. 7+ years financial services experience in risk, compliance, assurance, or audit. Knowledgeable in NFR Hub and other risk toolkits. Solid Excel skills, with an eye for details.
