Roster: 4D/3R or 8D/6R– FIFO ex Perth This position is within the OPF Engineering Department of our Ore Processing Plant Facility. Reporting to the Engineering & Reliability Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of Compliance Engineers and facilitation of Risk Management at Solomon OPF Operational Risk. Key Responsibilities Being a safety leader and engage with personnel to drive a Zero Harm culture Organisation and facilitation of Monthly Risk & Compliance meetings Support monitoring and reporting of key risk indicators and metrics Develop and train functions on risk management frameworks Advise on emerging risks and external changes Implement continuous improvement initiatives for effective risk reviews Promote a positive risk culture and support stakeholders on risk performance Build business case for securing capital funding for implementation of critical controls Manage & guide Compliance Engineers who are responsible for Asset Integrity for structural assets, registered plant and Tanks. Qualifications and Experience Experience in operational risk, enterprise risk, or GRC Familiarity with risk management systems like CGR Strong engagement skills and ability to collaborate with senior leaders Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and negotiation skills Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
