Job Description
Electel Resources Pty Ltd is a South Australian owned and operated Powerline Distribution contracting company based in North Plympton, South Australia. We are currently seeking a reliable, pro-active and experienced Road Lighting Designer to join our Road Lighting team. This position is accountable for supporting the Electel Resources Road Lighting design team and providing current and future clients with high quality end-to-end lighting solutions. This position is full time, based in Metro Adelaide. Minimum Requirements : Diploma of Engineering – Electrical (Preferable) Class C Drivers Licence At least 3 years of experience in Lighting and Electrical reticulation design. Competent with a high level of knowledge in Lighting and Electrical construction applications - AS / NZS1158 and AS / NZS : 3000SA. To be successful in this role you will require : Understanding of Australian Standards for Public lighting. Understanding of Dept. of Infrastructure & Transport & SA Power Networks Standards. Experience in Lighting Design and Construction. Proven record in quoting significant projects. Proven record in Project Management. Key requirements : Must be safety orientated, conscientious, and reliable. The ability to work autonomously. Willingness to work out of hours as required. Enjoy working in a team environment.
