Roofing Site Manager £48,000 - £55,000 plus car allowanceSussex- BrightonOur Client, one of the largest and fastest growing contractors in the UK, are currently looking for a Roofing Site Manager to join their planned maintenance division.Projects that are being delivered include roof renewals. This is a brand new project.On a day-to-day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives Lead the site team to the best of your ability Manage delivery of works to specification Manage several direct reports including RLOs and office staff Conduct pre & post inspections Perform health & safety & quality checks My client is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects.
