About the Role An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Roster Coordinator to support our Operations Management team in Victoria. The successful applicant will work with the Victorian Operations team, managing roster requirements for 17 clinics within North West Melbourne.The role will administer all staff rosters to optimise staffing efficiency and ensure each clinic has the staffing resources to service delivery demands. The ideal candidate is someone who reflects our values of One Team, Integrity, Excellence, Community Focused, and Patient Centred.Work from home is available for this role, attending our East Melbourne Head Office as required. The role may be full time initially for training, followed by part time Wednesday to Friday. Responsibilities Draft and administer North West Region staff rosters for Radiographers, Sonographers, and Receptionists. Ensure rosters optimise staffing efficiency and are according to budgets or growth initiatives. Manage sick calls in the morning and adjust staffing to ensure minimal service disruption. Adjust staffing on the live roster, if need be, based on volume based demand. Manage planned leave ensuring the balance between leave budgets and site activity. Be highly responsive to staff, managing any need for change in the roster efficiently and comprehensively. Liaise with staff regarding changes and updates to the roster. Demonstrate empathy and an accommodating nature to staff needs and preferences. Identify recruitment needs. Analyse staffing trends. Attend Head Office on Wednesdays for State and North West Operations Meetings. You Will Have Excellent organisational and time management skills. High level communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills. Problem solving skills relevant to dealing with roster allocation scenarios. Numerical and planning skills relevant to roster coordination and management. Sound negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal stakeholders.
