The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the financial controlling process, working closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Business & IT Engagement: Lead discussions with business and IT teams, gathering requirements and ensuring SAP CO solutions align with business objectives. Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and implement SAP CO solutions tailored to the Manufacturing industry. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve cost controlling processes, leveraging best practices within SAP CO. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution. Testing & Validation: Oversee process testing, UAT, and Go-Live phases, ensuring SAP CO functionalities meet business needs. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level guidance and troubleshooting during implementation and post-Go-Live. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in SAP CO with strong expertise in Controlling processes. Proven track record of leading SAP CO implementations in the Manufacturing industry. Experience in Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (COPA). Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, MM, PP, and SD modules. Strong solution design and consulting skills with the ability to engage with both business and IT teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel across Australia during key project phases. Project Travel Plan: The role requires travel across Australia based on project milestones: User Acceptance Testing (UAT): 2 Weeks Preferred Qualifications: SAP CO certification is an added advantage. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
