Your role and responsibilities As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies. As an experienced SAP consultant at IBM Consulting, you will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including systems integration. You will leverage your subject matter expertise and your experience to ensure successful project delivery and client success. We would like you to have: A solid SAP Finance & Controlling background with a focus on Project Systems. At least five years’ experience, ideally in an international consulting environment. Strong experience in process design, planning and managing execution of the build. Experience in the S/4 Finance and Controlling solutions. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Mandatory Requirements: Be an Australian citizen Must hold an active AGSVA baseline security Required Professional and Technical Expertise: Extensive demonstrable SAP S/4 HANA experience including at least five years’ experience Strong knowledge in SAP Finance & Controlling area with a focus on the Project Systems module. Experience working with BI & Analytics as the role will require working with the BI & Analytics team to complete design. Experience with Functional Unit Testing. Customization experience of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Solution and understanding of core data structures and data flows. Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem. An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business. Preferred technical and professional experience: Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Client Relationship and engagement Willing to take on challenges in new areas at new clients Team lead or project management aspirations in combination with a strong drive to develop as a functional consultant A drive to expand your network in the SAP community Ambition, excellent leadership skills and a talent for building successful client relationships will be highly valued.
