SAP HR Payroll Business / Functional Analyst - Contract - Sydney Sydney, Australia | Posted on 03/08/2025 Urgent requirement of SAP HR Payroll Business / Functional Analyst - Contract - Sydney Requirements Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document end-to-end payroll processes for both wages and salaried team members. Create detailed process maps and user guides for payroll operations, including regular payroll execution, off-cycle payments, terminations, leave, and superannuation. Document reporting and analytics processes, compliance procedures, and system integrations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Provide support and training to the payroll team on new and existing processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll execution and support, ideally within the Government Sector. Strong understanding of Australian payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards. Proficient in SAP reporting tools and other relevant technologies.
