We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Reporting and Analytics Lead to oversee the reporting and analytics workstream in our SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics, as well as strong leadership skills to guide a team of techno-functional SAP resources. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of techno-functional SAP Analytics resources throughout the entire SAP S/4HANA implementation cycle. Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the team to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics solutions. Develop and execute a comprehensive reporting and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives utilizing SAC, Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics. Work closely with functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across the system. Coordinate with other stream leads to ensure alignment and integration of the reporting solutions across all the in-scope SAP modules. Stay up to date with SAP’s latest analytics tools, features, and roadmap to ensure the adoption of best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reporting and analytics tools. Engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand reporting needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure adherence to data standards and policies. Develop comprehensive documentation for all reporting and analytics solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of SAP reporting tools and solutions. What we’re looking for: Relevant Degree or a Certificate will be advantageous. Proven experience in SAP reporting and analytics, with a focus on SAC, Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics. Hands-on experience with full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Strong background in data architecture and data management. In-depth knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics. Familiarity with SAP’s analytics roadmap and emerging tools. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration with analytics tools. Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks. Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable. Prior experience in leading design workshops and developing analytics strategies in a retail environment.
