As the Senior Manager, SAP Group Reporting, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects related to group reporting. You will lead a team of SAP professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute SAP Group Reporting projects, including Consolidation, Intercompany matching, reconciliation and elimination, currency translation and minority interest calculations. Lead and mentor a team of SAP analysts and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Ensure the alignment of SAP Group reporting processes with overall business strategies and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape to enhance efficiency and productivity. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions. Provide expert knowledge and support for SAP Group Reporting, ICMR and GRDC. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SAP Group Reporting/BPC projects. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. Strong understanding of SAP Group reporting, ICMR and GRDC modules and their integration with other SAP modules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent is highly desirable.
