As the Senior Manager, SAP Procure to Pay, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects related to Procure to Pay. You will lead a team of SAP professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute SAP Procure to Pay projects, including SAP Ariba, Inventory Management, Material Management, master data, and understanding of Accounts Payable and their integration. Lead and mentor a team of SAP analysts and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Ensure the alignment of SAP Procure to Pay processes with overall business strategies and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape to enhance efficiency and productivity. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions. Provide expert knowledge and support for SAP PTP and Ariba including MM, AP, IM, MRP, and Master data. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SAP Procure to Pay projects. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. Strong understanding of SAP PTP, Ariba, MM, AP, IM, MRP and their integration with other SAP modules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent is highly desirable. Ideally, you’ll also have: Experience working on large scale transformation programs as part of a cross-functional team. Proven experience in leading SAP Procure to Pay work streams with a focus on Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, and Wholesale.
