As the Senior Manager/ SAP Plan to Deliver , you will be responsible for overseeing SAP projects related to logistics, supply chain, and production planning. You will lead a team of SAP experts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP Plan to Deliver projects, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics execution. Guide and mentor a team of SAP analysts and consultants, ensuring successful project execution. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Ensure SAP Plan to Deliver processes align with broader business strategies and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Provide expertise in SAP PP, MM, LE, TM, and WM modules and their integration with other SAP functionalities. Skills Required: 5+ years of experience managing SAP Plan to Deliver projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams. Expertise in SAP PP, MM, LE, TM, and WM modules. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes. PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent is highly desirable. Experience in large-scale transformation programs as part of a cross-functional team.
