SAP SuccessFactors Customer Experience Consultant Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Tambla Business Services Pty Limited The SAP SuccessFactors Customer Experience Consultant will provide specialized SAP SuccessFactors solution support and consulting services to customers, focusing on innovative thinking, high performance, and commitment to quality. This role will contribute to and support Tambla Business Services by handling support and functional tasks for existing, new, and potential managed services customers. The consultant will be instrumental in ensuring that SAP SuccessFactors modules are properly supported, configured, and improved in line with customer needs. Key Responsibilities: SuccessFactors Support : Provide ongoing support and administration of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Functional Configuration & Implementation : Deliver configuration, implementation, and testing services for minor enhancements, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and expectations. Continuous Improvement : Collaborate on initiatives that promote the continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and customer experience.
