About the Role: As the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the organisation's payroll processes within the SuccessFactors platform. A key component of this role will be the management and development of organisational structures and charts, ensuring accurate reflection of the business's evolving structure. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions within SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain organisational structures and charts within SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SuccessFactors system. Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand business requirements related to organisational structures and payroll. Configure and support the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module, with a focus on organisational management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll and organisational structure data. Participate in system testing and user training. Contribute to process improvements and best practices related to SuccessFactors Payroll. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module. Strong understanding of organisational structures and their representation within HR systems. Experience in developing and maintaining organisational charts. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
