Job/Project Description – tasks to be performed on a daily basis The client needs a Tester – SAS to perform testing activities across the Credit Risk projects. Mandatory Requirements Execute and ensure delivery of testing as part of the Credit Risk use case projects. Ensure visibility, traceability, and control of the testing process to deliver as per the business requirements. Deliver test approach, test plans, test cases, test scheduling, test completion reports, execution of test cases and ensuring the standards are strictly met throughout the delivery phases. Effectively plan and monitor the regression cycles for every release. Closely work with test automation engineers and test leads to have continuous improvements on the automation coverage for regression test cases. Closely work with Product Owners to ensure and keep the regression suite up to date with business requirements. Maintain and update any existing testing metrics / governance dashboards. Support regular audits on the test artefacts across the squads / projects and ensure the right quality standards are followed. Work collaboratively in team environment, build strong relationships, coordinate resolution of technically complex problems and issues. Required Professional and Technical Expertise 3+ years of SAS Testing experience. Proven experience in defining the Test Approach, Test Plans, and Test Completion report. Proven experience in test execution leveraging test automation tools where applicable. Apply testing methodologies, theories, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing processes. Proactively identify issues and risks. 3+ years of experience within projects and/or delivery of business and technology solutions, involving engineering of complex data processes. 3+ years of Advanced SQL and SAS experience particularly in data manipulation, cleansing using Base SAS, SAS/Macro, SAS DI Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Management Console and overall SAS Platform. 1+ years of experience in Big Data (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase, Python), API Dev(Java Spring, MVC), Azure Cloud (Synapse Analytics, CosmosDB). Experience in warehousing, modelling, integration tools such as Informatica, Sterling and be familiar with business intelligence tools such as IBM Cognos/TM1, Power Bi, Tableau. Experience testing within SAS 9.4 or Viya platform. Experience working in Azure cloud environment. Understanding of the Data Mesh Architecture and its Domain Data Products concepts. Technology industry experience, exposure to the Banking industry specially Credit Risk domain. Advanced analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting and consultative skills. Desired Attributes and Skills A firm understanding of a financial services operating environment and core applications and products desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
