Naviro Sydney, New South Wales, Australia SECURITY PRACTICE LEAD Looking for a Security Practice Lead for a permanent consulting role in Sydney. Base Pay Range A$180,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits. Identify and analyze potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols. Provide expert advice on security measures and best practices. Design and implement security solutions tailored to the organization's needs. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches. Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on security awareness. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure integrated security measures. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on security assessments and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security consulting or a related role. Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in security tools and technologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with network security, application security, and cloud security. Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. Familiarity with security frameworks such as Essential 8, NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT. Certified Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert would be highly regarded.
