They are at the forefront of innovation, driving success for clients and partners. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Account Coordinator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will support Account Managers and Account Executives by triaging, assigning, and resolving ticket requests from internal stakeholders. You will also act as a key point of contact for addressing escalations related to reporting, bulk implementations, search optimisations, and feature adoption. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Account Team, including creating and analysing Excel reports, surfacing optimisation opportunities, and conducting account analyses. Develop Power BI dashboards and manage account administration tasks. Act as a key point of contact between teams, ensuring escalations are managed efficiently by gathering necessary details, assessing business impact, and coordinating with partner teams for prompt resolution. Utilise a ticketing system to track requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to complete tasks accurately and on time. Follow established processes and guidelines to maintain compliance and consistency. Review account health and proactively recommend search optimisation strategies. Coordinate with team members to manage daily workloads and schedules effectively. Contribute to process and tool innovation, driving greater team efficiency and effectiveness. Stay informed about new product releases and reporting functionalities to enhance deliverables. Required Qualifications: A willingness and ability to learn search engine marketing. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to organise tasks and prioritise effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A team-oriented mindset with a track record of building strong relationships with partners. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and processes. A positive and creative “can-do” attitude coupled with a strong work ethic. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to contributing ideas and improvements. Fluency in English (additional language requirements can be specified if applicable). Preferred Qualifications: Certification or equivalent experience in advertising. Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, VLookups, pivot tables, and analysis. Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). At least 1–2 years of experience in digital media, sales, or customer service roles.
