SEN Cover Supervisor - September Introduction Qualiteach Yorkshire are supporting a leading SEN provision in Leeds who are growing their team in September and are looking for a new SEN Cover Supervisor to join them. This could suit someone who has worked with SEN learners within a mainstream setting or someone from an alternative background who has transferrable skills. This is a permanent appointment. Job Title Responsibilities Support learners with SEMH, Autism and other complex learning needs Cover lessons when class teacher is absent Create a safe and positive learning environment Work alongside other support behaviour mentors, teaching assistants and other support staff across school Support the class teacher, SLT and wider school community Job Title Requirements Experience working with and supporting learners with SEN Experience covering lessons A good understanding of SEN Full time availability from September Excellent classroom and behaviour management Benefits A permanent contract A supportive SLT A school which promotes well-being Continuous professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
